I'm having white creamy cm? It's a bit watery? Does this mean I concieved I'm 15 dpo ? My boobs also hurt☹ please some one give me hope I've had 4bfns so far

Wait two to three days, then test. Sometimes the hormone isn't strong enough until after missed period. Symptoms sounds possible positive, just might be testing too soon.

I'm in the same boat as you I'm 13dpo  I had lots of creamy CM now it's creamy and watery boobs are a little sore, I have also been cramping since I got off my last period in July AF is due tomorrow. Baby dust to you!

Ps- they say dry cm usually means period is coming, so good sign you have a lot of cm.

I had a lot of creamy cm before my BFP. Also back pain and hot flashes like crazy. 
I got my positive at 10 dpo.
