Too much sugar? Help! 😩
Hello! So I've always liked a treat! Always been 5"7 and a size 10 so healthy weight. My question is I recently downloaded MyFitnessPal and swear by entering everything I eat! My sugar is always about 60-120g per day!!!
Now this includes sugars in my milk which some say doesn't count but am I bad for eating a big bag of revels and having a cake all in one day?!
Seems silly to me as that's the norm but seeing the sugar on my app scares me!
I don't drink anything apart from water. So that's my plus as I don't consume sugary drinks, and my breakfast is always cereal followed by a salad lunch and a chicken dinner with potatoes or salad, the odd "kid" dinner of chips and frozen breaded chicken but apart from chocolate and cake is my only downfall!
I must also say at 33 weeks my girly was weighing 5lbs 14! But my glucose test came back fine! I don't know! 😂😩🍫✋🏻🤔
