Hi guys any suggestions on how to safely and less painful way to stop milk production in the breasts.  I'm only pumping my baby never latched on good. I called my OB office all she said there is no pills or a way to stop milk production it's just going to stop on its on especially when you pump only she only said that if I start to feel my breast in pain or be uncomfortable that I should express some milk out.
