Stomach pains
I don't know how to explain it, but my stomach feels really crampy. I feel nauseous but haven't thrown up, and don't think I'm going to. It feels like I have to go to the bathroom but I don't have to. Anyone know what could be going on? Should I take something to make me go to the bathroom or just tough it out? Also not having much of an appetite. 37+3 weeks.
