Pregnancy bleeding

I had sex and two mornings after i started spotting. It got a little worse but its definately bright red. I went and got blood tests and am waiting on results. No cramps really just abdomen is uncomfortable. I have a pad on and no significant blood on pad but when i go to the bathroom it drips and turns the toilet red. Any ideas ? Also i have had morning sickness, tender breasts and achy back. All has since gone away since the bleeding started.
