Massage?

Tomorrow I'll only be 4 weeks 6 days. I'm supposed to get a Swedish massage (previously scheduled birthday present). Is this ok to do??? It's not deep tissue.

This is why it's important to go to a licensed place like massage envy. They have prenatal massages and if it's too early you can still get a normal massage as well. Just speak openly with them about it. Always tell them before hand and never hide that kind of information. (Not saying you're hiding it just an FYI for others out there).

I went for deep tissue at 10 weeks. All was well. I didn't tell them I was pregnant bc it didn't change anything about my massage at that point.

Call and ask the massage place. I had trouble when I went at 12 weeks. They asked if I was pregnant and then said they couldn't touch me without a doctor's note. I guess it was just their insurance that didn't cover them for malpractice. I would double check to make sure they'll see you.
