What could this be?? 😢

I'm only 7dpo and still 8-9 days away from AF. The last couple days I had brown spotting only when I wiped and not every time. Today I had a few bright red drops into the toilet and when I wiped, but now nothing. I have shorter cycles (26 to 28 days), and usually regular. My last period ended not even 2 weeks ago! Is this AF coming REALLY early?? Is that even possible? Could this be early miscarriage or chemical? Or is it implantation bleeding?? Any help appreciated. I'm so scared.
