Negative pregnancy test

I had a negative pregnancy test I took this afternoon. Today was the first day of my period, but it's late. My areola a are getting larger it seems, and has veins. I'm having trouble sleeping and I'm constantly exaughsted. I'm getting light cramps and back ache. But what really scares me is I have been really nauseous for the past three days. It's worse in the morning but it lasts all day. I'm also getting dizzy any time I move my head. My headaches are dreadful, and I honestly just feel sick and different. Should I wait to re take the test? Or should I just chick it up as being sick? Please help ❤️ nearest dr is a 45 minute drive so it's not worth it until I know. I'm just curious.. ☺️
