stretch marks

Hi, everyone. I'm around 5 weeks pregnant with my first baby and I can already see small stretch marks coming through on my stomach. Does anyone have any recommendations for the best stretch mark cream? Right now I'm using Palmers cocoa butter formula with vitamin e, collagen, elastin & shea butter. But I want to know what other moms think is the most effective. Please help if you can, thanks.
