So heart broken

Went to ER couse I had low abdominal pain 😂😂 they did a vaginal aultrasound and dr said found sac and yolk but dint see no fetus pole my calculations are I should be 6weeks 3 days by now could someone plz tell me if I still have a chance of my baby to show in a few weeks my hormones level were 928 idk what to think I'm just scared y'all think i have a posibility that by baby could still developing in few weeks 😭😭😭
