freaking out

so i had unprotected sex with my boyfriend and took a plan b one step pill right after but im freaking out because i took it a month ago before and wonder if that effects the efficently of second usage, i took it two days ago and was wondering if its safe to take a second one just in case, also, are my side effects gona b worse cause i had very bad side effects last time
