Itching all over😞

My hands, the inside of my fingers, my wrists, my chest, my belly, my feet, the sides of my feet, my toes, my ankles, my face and my back are itching like CRAZY! I've taken a cold shower and tried to sleep and I'm still itching. It started around 2:00 A.M and now it's 5:00 A.M. I don't know what else to do :( Is this something normal or should I be worried? I don't have a rash anywhere or anything.
