Need an explanation

Me and my boyfriend broke up not long ago it's a long story but it was long distance and he got "tired" of me but then a few days later said he wants me back and misses me and I know he doesn't deserve me back but I just miss and love him so much, he is my first love and I just haven't been coping at all, I'm upset all the time from thinking about it and I just need some tips to help me not be so upset :///-
