Sudafed

I'm 13 weeks 3 days and finally gave in and had Sudafed. It's on my doctor's okay list after 12 weeks but I'm still kind of worried after reading about it online. Anyone else take it when pregnant? I tried the neti pot but couldn't even get the solution to go through because my sinuses are so clogged. Ugh I would get sick in the summer :( Any other remedies? Thanks
