Razor burn?!?

I have a really weird bump on my vagina lip and its so painful!!  My boyfriend was fingering me today and rubbing my clit and accidentally touched it because he didn't know it was there... It hurt so bad I started to cry and now I refuse to let him go near my vagina.. HELP! It hurts so bad. Ingrown hair maybe?
