What's douching?

I'm 19 years old and started becoming sexually active this past summer. But I've only now heard of douching. Could someone please explain to me what it is and basically anything and everything you can tell me? Thank you!

It's supposed to help clean you out down there, but you're actually not supposed to use them unless your doctor says to because it messes with your natural ph balance

Something you'll never need. Your vagina is self cleaning, believe it or not. Daisy scent is not the goal. :)

Try Summers Eve wash & cloths instead. Plus they smell very good!

It's supposed to clean the inside of the vagina but you shouldn't do it. It will give you yeast infections. Just clean with soap and water

It's a thing u buy and it's shoots water up you to clean.  I've never used one but my sister in law leaves them all over the bathroom and my in laws.
