My dream 😢

:( i broke into tears in my dream and it felt like my life was taken away from me😢.  I woke up and thanked god it was just a dream. Also

Before i found out i was pregnant i had a similar dream but this was someone standing on my stomach in the middle of the night trying to do sonething to my baby.  Im getting freaked out by all this. My first 12week  scan is next week. And ive been getting random pains in back and stomach on and off.  I just hope everything is ok. 😢  My heart goes out to all the women who actually had a miscariage.. Saddest heart broken feeling ever!  Some ppls dreams come true some ppls dont.  My mums dreams always come true...
