Freak out!!

I was feeling nauseated all of the afternoon then it turned to a stomach ache after a few hours of eating which was half an hr ago I go through the worst stomach pain even I was literally hunched over in pain about to black out then I went pee and saw a light pink streak on the toilet paper. It's gone now but I've never had this with my first pregnancy I'm not sure how many weeks I am yet I go to the doctor's next week but my last period date was July 3
