I love Nutella! A quick warning for other Nutella loving preggers out there though - don't eat Nutella before doing a urine sample for the doctor/midwife.  For some reason eating Nutella makes your urine test positive for glucose and they then think you're getting gestational diabetes and make you do another glucose tolerance test. It's happened to a few people I know and the midwife said Nutella is a common cause of urine testing positive for sugars when you don't have gestational diabetes.
