Am I in labor?

Haven't had any contractions through this entire pregnancy, I'm 38 weeks. But tonight I am having really bad pressure on my vagina and rectum, I'm having back aches.. Thursday I was checked and no dilation and he was still up high. I'm a FTM

It could also be the baby moving down further. I would try and relax and time them. I didn't have much discomfort before labor started but when it did there was no denying what it was. I was 39w1d and all back labor.

It could be pre labor to get your body ready, but trust me if it was real labour you wouldn't be asking
