What's best to take for a horrible cough?

Hey ladies! I feel like I must be coming down with a cold or sinus infection. I've had a horrible cough all night and can't seem to get any rest! My OB office won't open until tomorrow, of course there is a doctor on call but I'd rather save that for emergencies and I don't quite feel this is one of those moments. However I would love some relief so what's best to take for a cough while pregnant? I know Tylenol is safe but I'm sure you ladies know how many different types of Tylenol there is and I just want to make sure I get the absolute right thing that is safe! Some Tylenol cold and flu makes you drowsy and that just worries me for my baby girl. Also does anyone know if Ludens cough drops are safe? They are the ones that taste the best to me and I don't feel like they have much medicine in them. Thanks so much!
