Zofran

I was desperate so I called the on call doctor on Saturday as I've literally been throwing up so much my throat is raw. He called in Zofran, 8mg tablets but to take 4mg every 8 hours as needed. However I took the entire 8mg tablet because I've been feeling terrible! Last night I got diarrhea and it's still going on, could that be a symptom? I'm definitely calling MY doctor tomorrow to find out if I should even be taking Zofran due to the recent studies and lawsuits, and if she says yes I'm definitely gonna try to only take it as needed. But I'm so desperate I can't keep anything down and even when my stomach is empty, I'm throwing up stomach acid. :( I love being pregnant but I hate the all day sickness I'm getting.
