mother in law

Hello everybody it's been a while since I write on here. So I have a question that needs some opinions about my current situation. I had moved to my in laws house and they have a 7 year old who I think has issues due to the way she was raised. (She has very very bad behavior problems) I personally don't want my child around her. I don't know how to address it and even if I should. My second issue is that my mother in law tends to take my baby A LOT . When I go to pick her up I get scolded And told to leave her alone. Im not sure what to do anymore and I'm seeking some opinions on how to handle this situation and the 7 year old.
