PCOS help

I was diagnosed with this 10years ago and have to admit have very little symptoms! It was found on ultrasound scan, I had irregular periods when I was young and then started the pill, so they regulated! I am now 31, fit and healthy, I had a cool removed last November and we have been TTC ever since, my periods are regular give or take a few days and I have minimal symptoms of the condition, however, we are having difficult conceiving! Had a Miscarriage in April, and nothing since! Does anyone else have this condition and r u in the same boat as me? Going to chat to doc about it on Friday, wondering if I am not Ovulating as i should?
