What is the best baby carrier for very large breasted women?

When we had our son, I used the Baby Bjorn and HATED it. Constant back pain. I'm a 42G and am wondering if there even is a carrier that would work for my size. I'm mostly concerned with back pain and strain on my shoulders, but also about my baby being bowed over the top of my chest. Is it even worth it? If there is anybody out there who is in my same boat, please tell me what, if anything, worked for you.
