help! is this normal?

im 15 weeks 3days & I've still never felt my baby move. my mom always ask me if I can, I think that's why am worried. Is it time for me to feel the baby move? I'm getting scared. I'm asking if it's normal not to feel the baby movement.

With my daughter it was like 21weeks. My son 16/17. This time about 20 weeks. Also if your placenta is anterior it generally takes longer to feel the baby. That's why it took long this time. Still can't feel him with my hand.
