Help are we pregnant? Or not?

So we've been trying for 3.5 years and are due to begin on fertility drugs in a couple of weeks.
Took this test first thing and forgot to check it  when I remembered (about 40 mins later) this was the result.
I've since tried again on a digital that night but it came back negative.

You can't trust a test after the time limit has passed (usually 10 minutes).... Digital require far more hormone and so often don't work until later than a non-digital. It looks promising for you... but you really need to retest with a new test (not digital) first thing in the morning... set an alarm so that you check at the right time... and fingers crossed :-) xx

Digitals take a higher HCG and may give a false negative.

Hi ladies, just thought I'd let you all know I attended for an early preganancy Scan yesterday and my baby is ectopic. The scan showed no sac or yolk in my uterus but a small sac which they believe to be my pregnancy under my left ovary which is where I have already had a tubal preganancy removed surgically. 
Playing the waiting game now.
It may not have worked out this time but I am hoping that once we have gotten through this we will be successful once again.
Thanks to all the well wishes out there. Hope you all have a happy and heathy 9 months x

Try again first thing in the morning with a pink dye 😊 time it for definite and then you will see. I wouldn't trust after the window 😊
