Cesarean and breast feeding-worried
I have to have a cesarean at 37 weeks due to a previous surgery to remove a fibroid off the top of my uterus. They won't even let me try to labor even with an induction at 37 weeks since I am such high risk for uterine Rupture. I really want to breast feed. I am nervous that since it will be so early and via cesarean that my body won't kick into gear making milk and colostrum. I have known a few moms who really struggled with this even with a full term cesarean.
Any experienced moms out there have a cesarean this early and have no problems? Or did have problems? Please share your experience with breast feeding and early delivery (not vaginal)
