Old pregnancy or new?

I had a natural miscarriage July 30th, I bled two days prior before going into a very similar like labor . Today's the 14th now, I had sex right after the bleeding stopped which was very short. I figured my levels would've dropped fast and to 0 after pushing the baby out and everything .
