Confused (long read)

I'm 31 weeks pregnant and I have never been more sick my entire life. I feel horrible! I'm having period cramps, the baby is low with little movement and I have been nesting all week to the point of there is literally nothing else to clean! My instincts have been screaming she is going to come early but every time I have contractions or pain I run to the ER ( these contractions get so strong I can't sleep through them!) and all they can say is "you're fine." The only thing they do is check my cervix. I go to my doctor tomorrow and I'm absolutely frantic. I've been having explosive diarrhea and period cramps along with the baby being low and having little movement. I have frantically been besting an think I'm losing bits of my mucus plug. I can't seem to get my hospital to do much of anything and really have a strong gut feeling so my question for you is has this ever happened to you? Would you listen to your gut if you were me? Would you keep going to the ER? I'm a first time mom and I just need some advice. Please don't be rude I am just really at a loss.
