What is going on?

So i'm 32 weeks and some days but i'm measuring ahead at 33 weeks. i've been feeling really intense period like cramps that radiate into my back with dizziness and pressure in my pelvic area. don't think i'm in labor but i don't know what i'm feeling. any ideas?

This happened to me just last week at 30 weeks and I went to the hospital on advice of my OB.  Turns out I was having constant contractions 2 min apart.  They had to give me drugs to stop them.  Was told I need to take it easy from here on out, not to much activity.  Since then I've been resting and I feel much better.

I had this happen to me Friday and Saturday evening. Each time for an hour. The pain was so intense then eased off only to come back a few mins later. The pain was in my back and lower stomach and made me feel like puking. Keep reading that braxton hicks aren't supposed to be painful but these def were.
