Home remedies ??? HELP !

Does anyone have any home remedies for too much spit 😭 I work in a call center and one of my symptoms happen to be that & it's very annoying and hard because I talk on the phone all day which creates more spit . Please help me 😂

Yea and if I try to force myself to swallow the spit I gag on it 😐 and I carry a bottle around with napkins in it to spit in but people make comments all the time about how gross it is even though I don't care
