Break outs!!

I am 35 weeks pregnant and have in the last week noticed i have started having breakouts on my upper arms, and my chest, not like acne, but just dry, red, and bumpy :/ and it itches! I have literally not had the slightest change in diet, soaps, etc. Anyone else have this or know if this is a pregnancy symptom?? This is my second pregnancy and has been completely different than my first
