So I haven't had contractions really but all day I have been having the urge to run to the bathroom and it's been pretty "explosive" (sorry..) is this normal? First time mom. Not sure what to expect. Websites say diarrhea is normal but now I am terrified what if I poop on the Doctor?! Not to mention my butthole is already sore from straining 😣😞😭 (again SORRY!) What do I do? I don't want hemmoroids and I definitely don't want to poop during labor 😩😩😩
