What to do with dogs when baby arrives

So i have been trying to figure out what to do with my dogs when I go into labor. Obviously someone has to watch them while we are at the hospital.  We live a good 30 minutes from the hospital with no family close by to watch them. Any ideas?

We're flying my little sister over for the entire month of October and November simply because of this problem. Thankfully she's taking a gap year between H.S and university so she is able to do that. 
It's a worry, my second plan of action was to get a dog walker established with the dogs and have them on standby because I really didn't want to board them. I've never had a dog walker for them before so I was super nervous about it but thankfully we won't need them now.

Without any family close by, maybe look into dog walkers in your area that would come let them out/exercise. Or see about boarding. I am really picky when it comes to where I'll board my dog, but you can research and check that out now. Best of luck! We have to make sure our fur-babies are set while we go deliver our new additions to the family 🐾💕

See if a close friend can watch/come check on them. I have to take mine to my parents because of my home birth, but if I was having a hospital birth of just make sure I had food/water/pee pads down (they rarely use them but if by chance they wanted to make it easy haha) and have SO come back after so long and do a quick check.

We're lucky enough to have family close by and my neighbour has a dog too so we have keys for one another's houses and help out when needed. Obviously it'll depend on when I go into labour, but basically I've made arrangements with 4 people we can call to go check on/walk our dog as necessary - my mum, MiL, neighbour and a friend who lives around the corner. If we have to remain at hospital for any reason my MiL will take our dog to her house, which is 30 mins away.
& our plan for when we return home with baby is for my husband to take our dog out for a walk to really tire him out before we introduce him to baby.
I'd suggest calling in favours with friends/neighbours, having a few different people you can call is always useful - mainly so that your dogs aren't left alone for too long because of one person's schedule not allowing them to come check on them regularly enough.
