Undeceive ! Help

So I recently got the Nexplanon birth control implant about 4 weeks ago & so far it's the worst I get really bad miagranes I have a sore throat I'm always in a bad mood and my period last way longer then it usually would ! I'm thinking about getting it removed but I don't know yet , does anyone know how long it takes for someone's body to get used to the implant 😭 please help !!!!
