Do you leave your baby watch tv and is there a problem if i did?

Really depends. Not enough info for me to vote. How old and how long? I'll leave cartoons on and my 4 mo old may watch for a bit while I'm doing other things in the same room, but it doesn't hold her interest very long.

My son LOVES Alvin and the chipmunks, he laughs everytime he sees or hear them.

She watches soccer with daddy. She actually does stare at the tv.

I try not to let my daughter watch too much, but sometimes I'll catch her rolling over on her playmat staring at it. Baseball was on, and she squeled in delight. Was pretty funny. I'm trying to come up with a new nightly routine at night so I can wean her. We've ended up eating a bottle, getting changed, reading, then watching t.v. till she falls asleep. Not sure what else to do after story time to get her relaxed.
