Waterpark?

I'm going to Wisconsin dells this week and I know I'm not going to be able to go on the crazy water slides but what about the not so crazy ones??? What do you guys think ? & I'm 25 weeks but I don't look like it at all I'm very tiny!

I Was Told At 14 Weeks That No Type Of Slides Are Good While Pregnant. I live in Georgia And I hated not being able to go to six flags this whole summer.  Woo-hoo To Being Pregnant LOL.

It doesn't matter how big or small you are. The baby bump size doesn't mean that baby still can't be hurt. Going on rides that are too rough can cause the placenta to detach and kill your baby. Roller coasters are always a no...I'd ask the doctor about waterslides, but most of those are marked NO during pregnancy too on signs near the ride.

My doctor told me at eight weeks to avoid lifting over 40 by myself, to avoid contact sports where I could get bumped hard (like a safety bar might do on a thrill ride?) or knocked down, and to stay away from activities where falling was likely, such as horseback riding or riding a bike. Those were all early pregnancy warnings where baby was smaller than your hand and safely tucked inside your pelvic bone.

If I were in your shoes, I wouldn't risk it, and I would enjoy a lazy day in the lazy river. But if you really want to anyway, please get your doctor's opinion first. 😉

I'm 14 weeks and went to the six flags waterpark yesterday and a few weeks ago. I went on the slides that you sit on a tube, but not the body slides. I think it depends on how comfortable you are with it. Imo, the baby has the best cushioning in the world, so I don't feel like a little slide is a big deal. Anything is a risk though- riding in a car could put you at risk for a car crash, but you have to draw the line somewhere of what you feel comfortable with.

I'm not sure , I know dollar coasters are a no but slides I never been told about. Maybe ask your doctor they prob will let you know

I'm 22 weeks I went last week I did go on any I think some of the raft fives would be OK definitely not a body slide I live about 145 minutes away from the dells so I was so sore from the car ride when we got there I didn't want to do anything
