Running after ovulation

New to glow so I'm not even sure this is where I should be asking this.  I had a miscarriage in April.. I was 7 weeks along.  We've been trying since.  I signed up for a team marathon months ago and it's coming up on Sunday.  Has anyone tested positive 5-6 days past ovulation? I don't run normally so I feel like it wouldn't be good to start now while baby making things might be going on inside my body.  This has been the best month so far regarding our bd'ing coordinating with a positive opk.  My husband and I work opposite schedules so sometimes it's hard. If anyone has any suggestions.  I looked up excising while implantation was happening and answers were on the opposite spectrums of each other.. Help!
