TMI. Mucus plug? 18w help!

I've been terribly constipated the last few days. I was straining on the toilet before and passed this from my vagina.. Yellow/greenish mucus blob. Nothing since but I'm scared I might have pushed my mucus plug out. I'm only 18w & 4 days. Has anyone else had this happen?

When was the last time you had sex? I get stuff like this the days following sex. No idea if its normal but ya

Looks like it, but I wouldn't worry. Some women lose their plug throughout their pregnancy and it just grows back. No need to worry unless you start bleeding or leaking fluid.
