Anti D injection

Helen • Mon, Aug 15 • I am 30 yrs old. Been with my partner 5yrs. He is a guitar teacher and I am a home carer. Bought our first house last year. Now have our first child. A son named Harvey born 27/10/3016

I have to have an Anti D injection on Thursday but I am terrible with Anxiety and having things like injection really gets me worried. Can anyone reassure me of the symptoms that may come with the injection or any information that might help ease my mind. Thanks.
