Nervous wish me bd

Okk For The Past 2 months my period has been coming 3 to 4 days early ndd stops on the actual day its supposed too start. Well idk this month its not early im now on the day before im supposed too start my period and there is still nothing no Af no nothing. Im confused as to whats really going on. I took a pregnancy test today its A BFN So Im Wondering when shall i test again? because Im Usually bloated craving chocolate and im not even doing that. Im Starting too get nervous because on this glow app it says i already started my period 3 days ago but my period tracker app says i start tmrw. Idk what to think can some one please please help me.
