Starting my weight loss journey :)
When I met my SO in 2012 I was 135lbs, got up to 160lbs 3 years later when I became pregnant, got up to 219lbs during my pregnancy. I'm currently 10 months post-baby & I've been stuck at 212lbs since March. I can't lose my baby weight. But I also haven't tried and actually stuck to it. So now it's time. Im tired of being fat. Im tired of looking at myself and wanting to cry because I'm too lazy to do anything about my weight. Well now it's time. I'm going to lose weight and I'm going to start going to a gym during the winter to build muscle, but first, I'm going to lose 62 pounds. My goal weight is 150lbs. I know I'll be happy with myself at that weight and confident again to wear "cute" clothes. So here's what I'm doing, I'm going to drink 2 Wal-Mart brand weight loss shakes a day(180cals. Each and are used to replace 1 meal) at dinner I'm going to try my best to eat only home cooked meals. No more fast food. No more soda. Period. I do not have time to work out right now, that's why I must wait until winter. Does anybody have any other tips on how you lost weight and how long it took you to get to where you wanted to be?
