Pregnancy after miscarriage

I had a miscarriage in February and recently fell pregnant again this month. Today I am six weeks! I am terrified of having an ultra sound, as I am worried it will be another blighted ovum. I was so optimistic last time and I just don't want to get my hopes up. This was an unplanned pregnancy but since I have found out I have been planning and excited about the new life I am creating. Any tips or advice to help calm my nerves? 😬
