HELP!!!!!!!!

hey Ladies I am having a breast problem my nipple right next to it like on the side has a pimple like growth on it (gross I know) and it hurts I squeezed it and puss came out and when I squeezed harder thick stringy puss came out (ewwwwwwwwwwwww) and I just applied some antibiotics on it I just want to know if anybody else has had this and if it was painful to the touch or not for u
