Am i in slow labour?!?!

Hey! So for 2 days i have had really bad lower back back, tightening in my stomach with some pain (not painful enough to say they hurt if you know what i mean)! Also i have soooo much pressure down below and in my bum! I haven't rang triage as i don't wanna have to go sit in there for hours to be told i have to go home... But something feels different, i know what braxton hicks feel like as this is my 4th baby... Advice pls ladies xx
