To Benefiber or not?

Hi ladies I am 24 weeks with twins and my constipation is so bad 😳😳😳. I hope that's not TMI but it's true. I have not been about to have a good BM in months and it's start to make me so sick. Do you ladies know if it's safe to take Benefiber or not? I have tried everything and nothing seems to work. PLEASE HELP

Colace stool softener, I've been taking it about every 6hrs, but they were giving it to me every 4hrs in the hospital. While there I finally had to break down and do 1 dose of milk of magnesia and that definitely worked. I've got s prenatal with a probiotic in it and I think that helps. Plus, eating apples, nectarines daily. Stuff with lots of fiber. And at least 100oz of water/day. Hope that helps :)

I've used metamucil... Iwas told that is okay! I've finally been able to go once a day-- they may not be GREAT BMs but it's something. I have the same problem :/

I drink a lot of water and that's seems to help and if u drink a warm glass of water every morning it's suppose to help it did for me
