What does this mean? TMI!!!!!

According to glow I am 8dpo. I baby danced a day before and ever since then have had cramps and noticed it's getting stronger. Yesterday when I wiped I noticed light streak of blood so faint if I wasn't looking wouldn't have seen it. Cm has been lotion white til today and I go to pee and this is hanging out. Not sure why all the cramps or change in CM
