Light period?

Ok so i always get heavy flow periods when i start my period. But for the past 3 days its been like spotting and or only when i clean my self i see blood but barely nothing on my pad. Maybe its just my hormones or pregnancy but it is making me worry a bit. Please help and give me suggestions on what i should maybe do. Thank you.
