Romeo and Juliet Law of Indiana

I'm a sophomore, he's a senior. I turned 15 in May. He will be 18 in November. When he turns 18, will we be protected by the Romeo and Juliet law? For Indiana, any person who is under the age of 21 can pursue a relationship with anyone who is within a 4 year span. That's what I'm getting. Does anyone know about this? we are not in a relationship yet, because I'm nervous that he will be charged when he turns 18, by who, who knows?
